You will step into a business-critical assignment in a larger government environment with high data maturity and clear requirements for structure, collaboration, and quality. The focus is on the continued transition to a new data center, where you will drive the work forward in close collaboration with both IT and the business.

You contribute with a holistic view, create clarity for different stakeholders, and ensure that activities are planned, communicated, and executed in a way that works in practice.

• Lead the ongoing work with the transition to the new data center.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project activities within implementation and transformation.
• Collaborate closely with both IT and the business to ensure the right priorities and progress.
• Manage changes that affect operations or user experience and ensure that these are anchored correctly.
• Drive prioritization issues in forums where the assignment is weighed against other initiatives.
• Translate technical conditions into clear and relevant information for different target groups.
• Create structure in a complex environment through clear planning, follow-up, and own initiatives.

• Since 2022, have at least six (6) months of documented experience in project management of implementation and transformation of data center projects.
• Since 2022, have documented experience in transforming raw data into quality-assured statistics.
• Documented experience in leading projects in close collaboration with the business, including planning and coordination of changes that affect operations or user experience.
• Since 2022, have at least three (3) years of documented experience in driving projects according to PPS or comparable project model.

• Experience in assignments within public operations or government agencies related to IT or infrastructure.
• Experience in leading or actively contributing to prioritization work at the portfolio level.
• Experience as a project manager for IT projects within statistical production or other data-heavy operations.
• Experience working with transitions to private cloud solutions.
• Since 2022, have at least 3 years of documented experience in project management of assignments within larger companies or larger public administration with more than 500 employees.
• Ability to translate technical conditions into understandable information for non-technical stakeholders.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
